Where did playdeadmatter.com go?

We're working on extending this website to cover all the functionality for the old sites.

Is Dead Matter still in development?

Yes. We are still working on Dead Matter and we are making progress.

How big is your team?

There are currently 3 of us working on the project. We intend to expand the team size over time.

What happened to the roadmap?

We were probably a bit too ambitious with the roadmap. We shifted focus to getting the game to be more enjoyable at its core, this includes fleshing out the game with whatever content is neccesary to support this.

I want to work on Dead Matter!

We are currently not hiring nor recruiting. We are planning to expand at a steady and controlled pace when we are ready.

How do I access my game keys?

Find your receipt to get your backer email address, you should be able to reset the password for the given email. If you can't find your receipt, please create a support ticket with all relevant information.

My keys are missing.

If you're missing your keys, please create a support ticket and we will assist you.

Why does my order have more keys than I purchased?

Some of our backing options had slightly different key counts one some of the platforms we sold pre-orders on. We have reconciled any differences in favor of our customers.

Why did I get more keys than I purchased?

Some packages contained a large amount of Closed Alpha keys but were set to only include one key. This was a mistake on our part and we've reconciled this in favor of our customers.
